Are there any initial setup fees?
No, Glarm Care does not charge setup, registration, or placement fees. The only cost you pay is for the direct hours or weeks of care delivered.
Do you charge extra for carer travel costs?
Hourly care rates include standard travel to your home. If your caregiver escorts you on outings, shopping, or hospital appointments in their own vehicle, a standard mileage cost of £0.45/mile is billed.
What is your notice period?
We provide highly flexible structures. For visiting care, we require only 7 days' notice to stop or modify visits. For live-in care, our standard notice period is 14 days.
